An award-winning pizza restaurant in a yurt on the Norfolk coast is shaking things up with Italian-style brunch and Sunday roasts.

Eric Snaith, also behind Eric's Fish and Chips and the 3 AA-Rosette restaurant Titchwell Manor, launched Eric's Pizza at Drove Orchards in Thornham, near Hunstanton, in 2020.

Their latest diversification strategy is weekend brunch and Sunday roasts, which will be available in the Thornham yurt from October 2023 in addition to pizzas.

Mr Snaith said: "Eric's Pizza is our most seasonal business so we wanted to adjust our offering to bring people in during the autumn and winter.

"The brunch will be at weekends only to begin with, with the view to serve it seven days a week from next spring."

Both new offerings will have an Italian twist, with brunch options such as a Full English using pancetta and fennel sausages and French toast using ciabatta and mascarpone, with breakfast rolls to eat in or takeaway too.

The roast dinner will consist of Porchetta Italian pork belly with all the trimmings.
