Holiday parks in Norfolk are experiencing a post-summer boom, with capacity at some up almost 50pc on previous Septembers.

Bookings for September and October are up 44pc on 2019 at Parkdean Resorts' two Norfolk parks, Manor Park in Hunstanton, and California Cliffs in Great Yarmouth.

Both resorts are currently at 93pc capacity, with park owners crediting a growing demand for UK holidays for the rise increase in bookings.

Around half the population of the UK are taking more domestic holidays in 2023 than previous years, with an estimated 14.2m extra Brits visiting UK destinations.
