An investigation into an attack that saw a woman assaulted and left at the roadside has ended after an arrested man was released without charge.
Police began a probe into the incident after being called to Carbrooke Road and Summer Lane near Caston at 9.50am on July 16 this year.
Officers working on the case said that a female passenger in a black Range Rover was reportedly assaulted by the driver.

A man in his 20s was arrested in connection with the incident but was subsequently released pending further enquiries.
Police launched an appeal in an attempt to trace the driver of a white Ford Fiesta who stopped and picked up the victim on the small rural lane near Watton.
But police have since said the investigation has been closed.
A spokesman said: "All lines of enquiry have been exhausted and the case has been closed. Of course, we would always review any new information provided to us.”
Anyone with information can call police on 101.
