A Norwich food court has just introduced a new local trader to the mix, who is offering a range of Tex-Mex dishes.

Shaun Wright, 43, has launched Togo's Street Eats, named after his dog, at Castle Social on Level 3 of the Castle Quarter.

Mr Wright, who has previously worked as a chef at city favourites such as Zaks and Mambo Jambo, is serving burritos, rice bowls, enchiladas, quesadillas, tacos and nachos.
