Flowers have been left at the scene of a fatal crash in which an 18-year-old motorcyclist died.

The teenager was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision, on the A149 between Snettisham and Heacham, on Sunday afternoon.

Two bunches of white roses have been placed on the verge beside the Snettisham roundabout.

Police said two motorcyclists were travelling together towards Hunstanton near the junction immediately beforehand.

One of the motorbikes, an orange Honda, crossed the carriageway and was involved in a collision with a black Range Rover travelling in the opposite direction, towards Snettisham, at 5.10pm.

The road was closed for several hours while investigations were carried out at the scene.

The teenager who died has not yet been named.

Officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision, the manner of driving beforehand or has dash cam footage to come forward.
