Quaker Barn in Haveringland won best rural barn stay at the LUXlife Resorts and Retreats Awards 2023.

The holiday cottages with a minimum two-night stay are Grade II listed barn conversions in rural Norfolk.

Owner Sally Shippam said: "We are delighted to have won best rural barn stay.

"We are a small team and take pride in providing a friendly and professional service.

With the chance to let them together or separately, Hall Barn sleeps nine and Quaker Barn sleeps eight.

The stays have open-plan living and dining areas and south-facing gardens with countryside views.

Awards coordinator Kaven Cooper said: "After such a difficult time for all, this industry is now booming again and we’re excited to see it continue to flourish.

"Of course, this wouldn’t be possible without the key players within our programme."
