A city paper company has announced plans to build a large office and factory complex just off the A47.
Shred Station is hoping to build the three-storey office and accompanying buildings in the Postwick Interchange as the company expands, outgrowing its current Rackheath Industrial Estate home.
The development will be split into a processing factory, management and training facilities, and office space, on land between the A47 and Yarmouth Road, alongside the park and ride site.
Shred Station would keep its Broadland head office but has not indicated if it plans to keep the Rackheath site.
The new facility will feature a large car park with 48 spaces for office workers, a 25-space car park for factory workers and a truck stop with spaces for 13 lorries.

Bosses say the new site will allow the company, which currently has 65 members of staff, to employ more and continue its long-term expansion.
As part of the development, Shred Station has pledged to enhance road access from the A1402 Yarmouth Road roundabout and carry out landscaping work to offset the complex's impact and enhance onsite habitats.
The site is currently mostly grassed with sporadic vegetation and a belt of hedgerows running around it.

It also intends to install a comprehensive drainage system and introduce a welfare facility and truckstop for staff.
The office will have timber cladding with the company name carved into it while other buildings will be built in a similar style.
Developers say all buildings will "complement each other and harmonise into one scheme".

The site last saw use as a compound for the storage of construction vehicles.
Plans submitted to Broadland District Council have received one objection from the council's environmental protection team saying they needed to see more impact assessment information.
Those wishing to comment on the application have until August 16, with hopes a decision will be reached by October 16.
