Hundreds of homes near Dereham were left without water this morning despite weather warnings issued for downpours and thunderstorms by the Met Office.
The six-mile area of homes from North Elmham to Sparham was affected by water supply issues since 2am (Wednesday, August 2).

Anglian Water said the outage was caused by a leak in the area.
A spokesman for the company said: "We're sorry but some customers in Bawdeswell and the surrounding area may have no water at all.
Water has now been restored in the area.
