A man and two youths have admitted a spree of cycle thefts.
The bicycle thieves gang struck in Diss and Stowmarket on November 17 last year.
James Gilding, 26, a stonemason from Diss but who gave an address in Long Stratton, pleaded guilty at Norwich Magistrates Court to three thefts.
A 15-year-old and another youth aged 17, both from Diss, also admitted the same charges.
Sentencing of Gilding was adjourned until September 26 while the teenagers will be sentenced at the youth court.
