The trial of a 21-year-old accused of stabbing to death another man in Norfolk has been refixed for next year after the jury was discharged.
Junior Suleimane has denied murdering Felizardo Jose Viera-Balde, 23, on St Peters Road, Great Yarmouth on Wednesday, February 8.
A jury of seven women and five men who were sworn in at Norwich Crown Court on Monday (July 17) to try the case were discharged on Friday afternoon (July 21) due to legal reasons.
Judge Anthony Bate refixed the trial for July 22 next year.
Suleimane, of Market Place, Great Yarmouth, was remanded in custody.
He was represented in court by Matthew McNiff.
Will Carter appeared for the prosecution.
As previously reported the murder has left local people in shock after the fatal attack happened in broad daylight just yards from Great Yarmouth's Golden Mile.
