Police are appealing for information after a man spoke about indecently exposing himself to a woman in a wooded alleyway in a village near Halesworth.
The alleged incident happened between 8.55am and 9.15am on Friday, July 7 near Bridge Street in Huntingfield.
The woman was walking down a wooded alleyway when she was approached by a man.
Following a short conversation, the man made comments about indecently exposing himself to the woman.
The man then walked off at speed, leaving the victim feeling distressed, a Suffolk police spokesman said.
The man has been described as being about 5ft 8ins tall, of a slim but athletic build with broad shoulders.
He had slim facial features with a thick red beard and moustache that were greying.
The man was wearing a grey sweatshirt and grey tracksuit bottoms, as well as a cap and very dark glasses.
