An inquest has opened into the death of a 30-year-old man who died at a friend's house after taking heroin and cocaine.
Lee Cahill died on January 24 this year at the home of a friend in Oak Court, King's Lynn.
An inquest into his death was opened in Norwich on Wednesday.
The court heard Mr Cahill was born in King's Lynn, lived in Pleasant Court in the town and was not in an occupation at the time of his death.
His medical cause of death was given as heroin and cocaine toxicity and alcohol-related liver disease.
Assistant coroner Christopher Leach adjourned the hearing until October 12.
