A farm in a charming north Norfolk village now boasts two glamping tents for luxury getaways.

Two safari tents have just launched at Westgate Farm in Great Walsingham - Owl’s Nest, which sleeps two, and Foxley Lodge, which sleeps six.

Both are set in a glorious wildflower meadow on the arable family farm of couple Sophie Ollerenshaw and Michael Landale.

The tents are kitted out to a high standard, with king-sized beds, kitchens with Smeg appliances and induction hobs, wood burners, enormous bathtubs and Bose speakers.

They use mains electricity, water and drainage and have large decks with comfy chairs for watching the sunset and stargazing - Foxley Lodge also boasts an outdoor shower.

Ms Ollerenshaw said: ‘We live in the farmhouse so we are always on hand to help out - we can organise restaurant bookings, arrange food deliveries and offer advice on where to go and what to do."

The couple has worked closely with local independent businesses on the project, including Walsingham Farms Shop for welcome hampers and Anmer Design Studio for the interiors.
