A hotel restaurant in Norfolk has been named among the best in the UK by a global travel website.

Conde Nast Traveller listed Morston Hall in north Norfolk as one of the UK's best hotel restaurants alongside eateries in London, the New Forest and Somerset.

"All the better for those who visit; they get much of this big sky country to themselves.

"The team at Morston Hall are dedicated to showing off Norfolk's seasonal produce, serving a menu that changes daily."

Morston Hall dates back to the 17th century, with owners Galton and Tracy Blackiston having transformed it into a Michelin-starred restaurant and award-winning inn more than 30 years ago.

The restaurant offers a seven-course tasting menu which changes daily as well as four-course Sunday lunch.
