A man caught sunbathing naked outside a restaurant in Lowestoft has admitted an offence of exposure.
Malcolm Smith, 65, was arrested after police were alerted by members of the public to a man seen lying at the junction of Denmark Road and London Road North, near Taco Bell, without any clothes on.
He was taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre (PIC) following his arrest after the incident shortly before 2pm on Sunday (June 11).
Smith, of no fixed abode, appeared at Norwich Magistrates Court on Monday (June 12) having been charged with indecent exposure.
He admitted an offence of exposure and will be sentenced at Great Yarmouth Magistrates Court on August 11.
Smith was granted conditional bail ahead of sentencing.
