Cash was stolen after a shed and a garage on the same street were both broken into.
Police are seeking witnesses and are appealing for information after a shed and a garage were broken into as two homes on Nicholson Square in Lowestoft were targeted.
One of the homes saw "an unknown person" gain entry to a shed "by unscrewing the hasp."
A police spokesman said: "Items were moved around, although nothing was stolen.
"The incident occurred between 3.30pm on Sunday, May 21 and 1pm on Monday, May 22."
A garage at a home on Nicholson Square was targeted overnight between 10pm on Sunday, May 21 and 7am on Monday, May 22.
A police spokesman said: "Sometime overnight entry was gained to an unlocked up and over garage door.
"Access was gained to vehicles parked on the driveway and cash was stolen from a glovebox."
