A new beauty salon has opened on the edge of the city and we took a look inside.
Launching officially in Harvey Lane with a party on Saturday (May 20), Blue Ocean Spa and Beauty is led by mother-of-two Gemma Walker, 35.
The salon offers lashes, brows, nails, facials, tanning and massages.
Massages range from £30 to £75, a set of gel nails costs £40, and a lash lift and tint costs £35.
Ms Walker, whose signature treatment is her popular luxury facial, said: "The launch day went so well and we have been busy since. I’m very excited about the future and we are already looking for another beautician and a hairdresser to offer our clients the best possible service."

Rob Gainsborough, who co-owns the salon, said: "The event went so well and everyone had a great time. We did a raffle draw live on Facebook at the end which had three winners.
"Gemma was over the moon with the positive feedback from all who attended, who said the new look of the business was excellent and they will be coming in for all their beauty needs in the future."
Blue Ocean Spa and Beauty is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm.
