See stunning Norfolk gardens from a fresh perspective on new canoe trails launching this spring.

Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden in South Walsham has previously just run trips on the Broads.

But from this year, visitors will also be able to access the tranquil private waterways of Fairhaven itself thanks to dredging work.

There are two guided canoe tours to choose from - either the wildlife one for up to three people in a boat or the family trail for up to five people.

A spokesman for Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden said: "The first part of a multi-year project of dredging work for the waterways has been completed.

"As part of that work was an upgrade to the bridges, which has allowed for the canoe and paddleboard sessions we run from Fairhaven to use the waterways.

"There is no access to anyone outside these bookings, so it is the only way to enjoy the gardens from a different perspective and see areas you would not see from the paths."
