A man is to stand trial accused of possession with intent to supply class A drugs.

Igli Sulejmani, 20, appeared at Norwich Crown Court having been charged with possession of crack cocaine with intent to supply and possessing criminal property, namely cash.

It comes after a vehicle he was driving was stopped in King's Lynn on March 1 this year.

Sulejmani, of no fixed abode, appeared at court on Wednesday (April 26) via videolink from Norwich Prison and through an Albanian interpreter pleaded not guilty to both counts.

Judge Anthony Bate fixed a trial, expected to last two days, for August 29.

Oliver Haswell appeared for the prosecution while Stephen Spence represented the defendant.
