Two boat trips in Norfolk have been included in a list of the top seven in the UK.

The Times chose the seal boats at Blakeney Point as a wildlife cruise that is guaranteed to include views of the wildlife through the salt marshes.

Bishops Boats at Blakeney and Beans Boats at Morston Quay were chosen as they "deliver Britain's most consistent nature cruises", where keen wildlife spotters have a chance to see England's largest seal colony at Blakeney Point.

Around 4,000 pups are born each year there, with common seals born between June and August, and grey seal pups can be seen there from November to January.

Trips last around an hour and when it is not the pupping season, Beans Boats allows guests to leave the boat and explore.

Blakeney Point was featured in David Attenborough's Wild Isles series, with the team visiting the thousand-strong colony as they congregated on the shoreline to give birth.

Both boat trip companies offer tickets for adults at £20, children at £10 and children under two go free.
