A man died at a Norwich supermarket this morning.
Police were called to reports of a medical incident inside the Sainsbury's supermarket in Longwater Retail Park in Costessey at 10.46am.
Two ambulances and two ambulance officer vehicles attended the store in William Frost Way.
Despite the best efforts of all involved, the patient died at the scene.
After attempts to resuscitate the man, who was aged in his 80s, he was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.

Police have said his death is not believed to be suspicious and the case will be passed to the coroner in due course.
A Sainsbury’s spokeswoman said: “Emergency services attended our Longwater store this morning.
"Our thoughts are with the customer’s family and friends at this difficult time.”
