A Norfolk viral TikTok star is starring on Channel 4's hot new reality show, hosted by Greg James.

Rossi Woods, from Shipdham, entered last night's episode (March 20) of Rise and Fall.

The game show, produced by Studio Lambert, who recently made the smash-hit game show The Traitors, sees 16 members of the public live in a London tower and compete for the prize pot of £100,000.

Some have taken the role of rulers, living in luxury, and others of grafters, living in the basement. They will work through challenges to "rise and fall" in their positions.

Mr Woods moved from Essex to Shipdham, near Dereham, 12 years ago with his mum and worked in her hair salon Tiger Browns before getting a cabin crew job with an airline.

When lockdown struck he started making TikTok videos about the gripes of everyday life, signing off with his, now famous, catchphrase "there I've said it".

The viral star has over a million followers on TikTok and audio from his videos has been used by celebrities including Selena Gomez and Eva Longoria.

At the end of the episode, Mr Woods made a dramatic entrance to the tower, stating: "I'm Rossi, I'm a grafter" - before the credits rolled.

Rise and Fall airs on Channel 4 every weeknight this week, then four times a week for the rest of the series.
