Property advisor Savills has announced a raft of promotions in its Norwich office – including a new head for its residential development sales team.

Tom Amis has been promoted to director and will now lead the new homes team across Norfolk – taking over the reins from Richard Aldous who has held a leading role within the business for many years.

Tom will now be responsible for shaping overall strategy for the department, while Richard will continue to offer consultancy advice and maintain existing long term client relationships.

At the same time, Kathryn Cook has been promoted to associate within the new homes team, Michaela Maldonado to associate in residential sales, Richard Shuldham to associate within the development team and Harry Kennedy to associate in the rural team.
