A pub famous for its beers on the Suffolk coast will soon be serving up Sunday roasts thanks to a new kitchen residency.
Fork Off It's Vegan will be at The Stanford Arms in Lowestoft every Sunday from January 29 from midday until 4pm.
The pub is run by Toby Westgarth and Dominic Burke, who are also behind Sir Toby's Beers at Norwich Market.
Fork Off It's Vegan was launched in early 2020 by Laura Morris-Renouf, from Lowestoft, in a vintage caravan.
After keeping afloat during her first year, amid the pandemic, with home deliveries, since restrictions have lifted she has been very busy with various events.
She said: "I was at The Stanford Arms on New Year's Eve and was having a conversation with one of the landlords when they said they were unsure what to do with the food.
"I said I run a vegan catering business and the rest is history."
The Yorkshire Wrapper comes with Boef or Chik'n, using Seitan made in-house, herb-crusted roast potatoes, stuffing balls, seasonal vegetables and gravy and there will be a special and two desserts each week.
She added: "At events, people have asked us where they can visit us all the time so now they can every Sunday."
Book by calling 01502 574505 or message The Stanford Arms.
