The A47 has been closed following a three-vehicle collision at Constitution Hill in North Runcton, near King's Lynn.
Emergency services were called to the scene, which is about a quarter of a mile from the Hardwick Roundabout, just after 7.40pm on Sunday.
The A47 Constitution Hill is currently closed and police expect it to remain shut for several hours while emergency services deal with the incident.
Fire crews from Lynn and Terrington released occupants using hydraulic rescue equipment. No further information on casualties has been given.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
