It looks like a scene from a horror movie as ominous security footage captures a massive spider crawling across a kitchen worktop during the night.
Simon Thompson, 60, shared the footage from his indoor Ring camera, taken in Happisburgh.
In the clip taken at 6.44pm, the eight-legged creature creeps across the kitchen counter, visible through the camera's night vision feature.
Mr Thompson said: "When I first saw the footage, I was amazed at the clarity, even more so as it was taken at night. Obviously, the closeness of the spider makes it look enormous.
"This is the first time we have caught anything like this on camera apart from various wildlife on the outdoor cameras".
It’s not clear what kind of spider is featured in the video, but Norfolk is home to many different spiders, including one of the UK's largest - the Fen Raft Spider.
