A Norfolk primary school has been described as "truly welcoming" by the education watchdog.
Ofsted inspectors visited the Nelson Academy, in Downham Market, last month.
They gave the school, on Nursery Road, its second 'good' rating in a row.
"Pupils learn and achieve well at Nelson Academy," says the inspectors' report. "They get on with one another and enjoy the company of their friends.
"Pupils are polite and friendly This is a warm and welcoming school. Adults want pupils to be happy and feel safe. This is certainly the case."
The report says leaders have established a culture where everyone is treated as an individual.
It adds its 400 pupils learn an ambitious curriculum and develop "rich and detailed knowledge" in many subjects.
The report says staff feel valued and enjoy working at the school. It adds: "Senior leaders take great care to look after staffs' well being.
"They consider the workload of staff before making any changes."
Principal Sarah Wilson said: “I am incredibly proud of the Nelson Academy staff team, children and the wider community.
"Ofsted confirming that we continue to be a good school is a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved with the academy, and the report really does reflect what day-to-day life at the Nelson Academy is like.
"There have been many challenges since our previous inspection in 2016, especially throughout Covid but the children have remained central to every decision which has been made and ensuring the very best outcomes for each and every one of them.”
Paul Shanks, chief executive of the Eastern Multi Academy Trust, which Nelson Academy is part of, said: “We are delighted that Ofsted has recognised that Nelson continues to be a good school where pupils learn and achieve well.
"The report reflects the hard work of our colleagues who strive to provide all children with meaningful and relevant opportunities to develop their personal development."
