Enjoy a day of foamy fun as the Bubble Rush is returning to the Norwich area next summer, raising money for a great cause.

The event will take place at the Norfolk Showground in Costessey on Sunday, July 16 from 10am until 3pm.

It will raise money for East Anglia's Children's Hospices through fundraising from entrants.

There is a new location for 2023 as in previous years it has taken place in Earlham Park.

The 2.5km course features four bubble stations and there is the option to do the circuit twice to make it 5km.

These stations will pump out coloured foam to create a 4ft-deep bubble bath and there are waves starting at either 10am or 11am.

The course is family-friendly, so people can run, walk, jog, dance or toddle through the foam, with pushchairs and wheelchairs permitted.
