A man has told a crown court jury how he was forced to touch the naked breasts of the woman who allegedly abused him as a boy.

The claim was made during two police interviews shown on television screens at a Norwich Crown Court trial this morning.

During the recorded interviews - taken in June 2001 when the man was 12 and in October 2013 when he was 25 - he claimed to have suffered regular sexual abuse at the hands of 55-year-old Elaine Dawson, of Webster Close, Norwich.

The court heard how he was allegedly forced to strip naked in front of her as a child. while she was also standing with no clothes on.

He also told officers that as a boy he suffered physical abuse from Dawson's 48-year-old brother Paul Hilling, of Humbleyard, Bowthorpe, and her mother Eileen Hobart, 77.

It included claims of being regularly punched by Hilling, and being dragged 'up and down' a staircase.

The man told officers during the interview that the abuse stopped when he was 12.

Yesterday the court heard that Eileen, of Webster Close, Norwich, is alleged to have taken the boys to supermarket toilets and offered them up to men in return for money.

In her opening to the jury, Angela Rafferty QC, said 'This case involved allegations of physical and sexual abuse of children.'

She said that Hobart was described by the boys as the 'ringleader' or 'boss', where as Hilling was physically violent towards them.

Miss Rafferty said that the boys claim that Hobart was cruel and sexually abusive to them and said it was the Crown's case that Hobart took them to toilets, in supermarkets, and offered them up for abuse.

'It is also the Crown's case that Eileen Hobart had parties where they would be abused by paedophiles.'

One of the victims told police about being abused by 'dirty men' brought to the parties by Hobart.

'This would be at parties where there would be drinking and drug taking.'

One of the boys would also later reveal that Hobart had taken him to toilets, where a man would give her money to do her shopping.

The boys also allege that Dawson sexually abused them.

Although complaints were made in the past, Miss Rafferty said it was only after their case was reopened in 2013 that any charges were finally brought.

She told the jury: 'Please make all due allowances for the fact that time has passed. Memories fade and the defendants are older now. You must approach the case fairly.'

Miss Rafferty said when interviewed all three had denied any wrong doing.

She said Hobart said she did have card parties, but there was no drink, drugs or sexual abuse.

Miss Rafferty said: 'She said it was all lies.'

Dawson also denied the allegations and said she was 'sick of the lies.'

Hilling made no comment.

A fourth defendant, Gerrard Nunan, 48, of Holt Road, Cromer, has been found unfit to plead but is facing one charge of indecent assault.

The jury will not be asked to return verdicts of guilty or not guilty, but just be asked to consider in his case whether he did the act, which is alleged.

Dawson, Hilling and Hobart all deny the offences, which are said to have taken place in the 1990s.
