Police speed checks caught drivers exceeding the limit on a 30mph road for the second time in a month.
Officers issued traffic offence reports after stopping motorists travelling at speeds up to 51mph on Shelfanger Road into Diss.
The speed gun checks, at the entrance to Diss sports ground and skate park, where the B1077 limit is 30mph, were carried out during the evening rush hour on Monday, July 29.
They follow similar rush hour checks at the same location on July 10 that saw officers issue traffic offence reports to drivers caught doing speeds of 49mph and 51mph.
South Norfolk police tweeted: "Just because its rush hour doesn't mean you have to rush."
