Police discovered two people in possession of cannabis after they were stopped in Harleston Recreation Park.
The two males stopped were searched by officers in the football area of the park on Tuesday night (October 15) and were both found to have a quantity of cannabis.
The pair were searched under the Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act. Drugs are among the three neighbourhood policing priorities in Harleston.
In a tweet South Norfolk Police said the two will be "dealt with for the offence".
