Volunteers from a popular community centre were celebrating after they received a funding boost.
Colville House Community Centre in School Road, Lowestoft was awarded a £2,000 grant from Tesco Bags of Help Grant Funding Scheme.
A spokesman for Colville House said: 'The grant will go towards the refurbishment of the community sports hall situated in the Colville House building. 'Colville House is in regular daily use by local organisations, local clubs for disadvantaged people, and a Youth Club on two nights each week.'
The Bags of Help initiative is Tesco's local community grant scheme, where the money raised from the 5p bag levy in Tesco stores is being used to fund thousands of community projects across the UK.
