A man appeared at court today accused of causing the death of a 39-year-old woman by dangerous driving.
David Allen Rushbrook, 26, from West Winch, near King's Lynn, appeared at Bodmin Magistrates' Court, in Cornwall, for the offence but did not enter a plea.
The allegation relates to an incident on October 2 last year which saw the death of Margaret Connelly, from the Newquay area, after a four-vehicle crash on the A30 near Bodmin.
Magistrates committed Rushbrook's case to Truro Crown Court. The 26-year-old was released on bail until his next court appearance in July.
