Governors of the new foundation trust which runs the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn have announced dates of their AGM and board meetings.
The AGM of the trust will be held on Wednesday, September 7, at the Town Hall, in King's Lynn.
There will also be three copuncil meetings during the year.
The first will be held on Wednesday, May 4, at the LeStrange Arms, in Old Hunstanton.
On Thursday, July 7, governors will meet at the Oasis leisure centre, in Wisbech.
And on Thirsday, November 3, governors will meet at the Ecotech Centre, in Swaffham.
A letter to trust members, from the chair Kate Gordon, says all will be held in public.
It adds that there may be time for the public to meet board members after meetings.
Foundation trusts have greater freedom to decide which treatments need to be prioritised within their hospitals, than those which are centrally-run.
They can also re-invest any budget savings made in new wards and equipment.
All must publish their accounts and also a forward plan via Monitor - the new independent hospitals watchdog.
The QEH was made a foundation trust in February. It came after a three year campaign to get the hospital's finances on track.
