One of the lanes of Boundary Road in Hellesdon was closed for over an hour at Saturday lunchtime after a woman was hospitalised because of a car crash.
Emergency services were called to the scene just after 12.30pm, near the B&Q store, and had to keep one of the eastbound lanes closed until 2.53pm.
A woman was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with a suspected broken collar bone.
Fire crews needed to use equipment to free one of the people involved in the crash and the Highways Agency were also needed to deal with an oil spill from the crash.
