Essential maintenance work will continue on the A12 Bascule Bridge over Lake Lothing leading to it being closed over night on Monday and Tuesday between 8pm and 6am on both days.
The bridge is being closed so that a fault on one of its hydraulic drive units on the south bridge can be investigated.
A free bus service round the diversion route will be provided for pedestrians wishing to cross the bridge during the closures.
Advanced signing and a signed diversion route will be in place during the works.
