A 32-year-old man has been arrested following an attempted robbery at a Lowestoft convenience store.
The man, from Lowestoft, was arrested in connection with the armed raid at the All Sorts store in Oxford Road, Lowestoft on Friday, December 2.
Last month, police released CCTV footage in a bid to trace a man in connection with the attempted robbery, and yesterday lunchtime (Saturday, January 14) a 32-year-old man was arrested.
A police spokesman said: 'He was taken into custody at Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre, where he was interviewed by detectives.
'He has now been bailed to return to police on March 21, pending further enquiries.'
