Patients are being warned to expect disruption when refurbishment work begins on the Station Road Surgery in Attleborough.
Work to refurbish and modernise the reception area of the GP surgery will begin on January 23 and will take six to eight weeks to complete.
During the construction work, the building will remain open. However, reception and waiting room facilities will only be accessible from the rear of the surgery.
All dispensing and prescription collecting will be at the Queens Square Surgery for the duration as will some appointments.
The refurbishment has been made possible by a grant from NHS Norfolk and the generosity of The Friends of Attleborough Surgeries.
Patients wishing to make appointments or speak to dispensary can visit Queens Square Surgery or ring reception on 01953 453166 and dispensary on 01953 456736.
