A sale of the closed award-winning Walpole Arms gastropub at Itteringham near Aylsham is set to be completed within days.
The eatery has been run by administrators since hitting trouble just before Christmas.
Adam Clarke from chartered accountants and business advisors Larking and Gowen said a sale was going through and was due for completion within 10-14 days but he could not yet reveal the identity of the buyer.
The inn, which had a price tag of 750,000, was currently shut, but all 14 staff had been retained and it was envisaged they would all transfer to the purchaser.
