Former Norwich City footballers Iwan Roberts and Craig Fleming kick-started a charity static bike ride at the Holiday Inn at Carrow Road.
Two bikes have been placed in the hotel's main reception and people are being urged to help cycle 880 miles in one week, until next Monday, which is the equivalent of travelling to all the 20 Premiership grounds.
Bosses at the hotel hope to raise 1,000 for the Big C charity and are urging members of the public to join in the fundraising.
Sales manager Nicola Fountain said: 'Cancer touches everybody's lives at some point and we want to raise money for Big C and raise awareness.
'If people want to book a slot on one of the bikes they can ring us at 01603 751340.'
The two bikes were donated for the week by Green's health and fitness club in Barrack Street, Norwich.
