An appeal has gone out to people in Cromer whose 60th wedding anniversary or 60th birthday coincides with the Queen's Diamond Jubilee year.
Cromer Town Council's jubilee working group is organising a coronation tea party in a marquee at North Lodge Park of Monday, June 4. There will also be tea dance music for those who want to join in.
The council is inviting those for whom 2012 is a significant milestone to contact clerk Julie Chance on 01263 512254 or Cromer.town@tiscali.co.uk for a free ticket.
The working group is also encouraging people to come to North Lodge Park throughout the day to join in the celebrations, including a picnic, fancy dress and village games.
