Staff at Aviva are swapping their Blackberries for bowsaws to help out on the Broads.
More than 500 employees at the insurers are volunteering for the Norfolk Wildlife Trust over the next two years, as Aviva adopts Hickling Broad.
Over 36 groups will help the warden with cutting and clearing scrub and repairing board walks.
One group has built an otter holt by one of the dykes and planted hedging.
Another team prepared the site for grazing over the summer by clearing a hectare and building a gate.
Warden for Hickling Broad, John Blackburn, said: 'Corporate work parties give a real boost with all the practical work that needs doing to manage a nature reserve and we are very grateful.'
Norfolk Wildlife Trust will be hold an open day in June, to welcome staff and their families to the site and see the work that has taken place.
A spokesman for Aviva said 'We are delighted to support Norfolk Wildlife Trust and Hickling Broad.
'This partnership provides staff not only with team-building opportunities, but the chance to make a real difference in protecting our local environment.'
