Swaffham residents who have just recovered from the jubilee celebrations will be able to celebrate again on Saturday at the second annual fun day at the recreation ground.
Highlights of the event, between 10am and 2pm on Saturday June 16, will include youngsters showing off their skateboard and biking skills, old-fashioned games and boot camp and martial arts demonstrations.
The free-to-enter celebration will also include football, cricket and rugby, with candy floss, home-made cakes and other stalls for less energetic revellers.
The event is organised by the Friends of the Rec committee, whose Sheila Lister said: 'It's about the kids and the parents to show there's a place for children to go and play in safety and there's a lot for them to do.'
For more information, or to book a stall for 5, contact Mrs Lister on 01760 720114.
