Three people, including a baby with a head injury, were taken to hospital earlier this evening after a two-vehicle collision in East Runton, near Cromer.
Firefighters from Cromer and Sheringham used hydraulic rescue equipment to free one trapped casualty and a further two were released before the brigade arrived at the scene, on High Street, near the Constantia Restaurant, at about 6.20pm.
The East Anglian Air Ambulance flew a man with a fractured thigh to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, while a woman with minor injuries and the baby were taken there by road ambulance. Two paramedics in rapid response vehicles also attended the accident.
