A seven-year-old boy was taken to hospital after a collision on a busy road in the centre of Norwich on Saturday.
Crews from the East of England Ambulance Service were called to Rose Lane at about 1.45pm, following reports that two cars had collided close to the junction with Rouen Road.
Crews treated the boy for head injuries, which were not believed to be life-threatening.
He was then taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
Police officers also attended the scene to recover the vehicles and divert traffic.
