Pebble painting, sand art and circus skills were just some of the activities on offer at an indoor beach party hosted by Sheringham Churches Together.
The event, which was held at Sheringham Primary School on Friday afternoon and attracted more than 100 youngsters, was aimed at under 11s, with a second party held for high school students in the evening.
It was organised by the Churches Together Beach Life team, formed after the winding up of Sheringham Beach Mission.
Other attractions included an inflatable gladiator arena, a bouncy castle and games consoles.
Sheringham Baptist Church youth pastor, Rev Peter Skivington, said that, after the success of a string of events held last summer for children and young people, the Beach Life team decided to organise a mid-year activity day.
'We didn't want to wait a whole year, so we thought that a beach party would be a quite fitting as a way of keeping the momentum going,' he added.
Sheringham Beach Life team will be hosting activity days for children and young people from 27-30 August. For more information, visit www.sheringhambeachlife.co.uk
