Needy children in Kosovo are set to enjoy a happier Christmas thanks to a Norwich Church and its members.
Witard Road Baptist Church is taking part in the Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child shoebox appeal.
The church will be accepting donations of gift-filled shoeboxes at the church between November 18 and 22, and November 25 and 29, between 10am and 4pm.
The church is asking people to take part in the initiative to give gifts to those who otherwise would not receive any.
Witard Road Baptist Church is one of three satellite warehouses in Norfolk to take part in the campaign.
To participate, wrap an empty medium-sized shoebox and fill it with little gifts such as toys, educational supplies and hygiene items.
Then leave the unsealed box at the church at the dates above, with £3 to cover the cost of transport to Kosovo.
To find out more about the Christmas Child appeal, call organiser Pam Pike on 01603 929115 or go to www.edp24.co.uk for a gift suggestion list.
