Police, coastguards and an inshore lifeboat helped search for a missing child in Great Yarmouth.
More than 20 coastguard officers were called to Yarmouth last night following reports that an eight-year-old boy was missing from the Cobholm area.
The coastguard teams from Gorleston, Lowestoft and Southwold were training at Oulton Broad when they received a call from Humber after police requested assistance. The Winterton coastguard team was also called in. In total, 22 coastguard officers as well as the Gorleston RNLI inshore lifeboat were involved.
When crews met at the scene, police said that the boy had been found safe and well.
