Fire crews battled two large blazes today after 600 bales and 400 tonnes of straw caught fire.
Four pumps and two water carriers were called to Etling Green, near Dereham, at around 11.15pm last night, where 600 bales of straw were on fire.
Crews from King's Lynn, Sandringham, Swaffham and Hethersett were also called to Massingham Heath at around 2am this morning, where more than 400 tonnes of straw and woodland were alight.
Firefighters remained on scene today to ensure that surrounding areas were not affected, but have now left.
