A man suffered a broken jaw after being punched in the face several times in an attack in Thetford.
The man was walking down King Street between 1.30am and 145am on Saturday when he was approached by two men, according to a police spokesman.
One of the men knocked food from the victim's hand and then punched him in the face several times, breaking his jaw.
Detectives from Thetford CID are now appealing for witnesses to the assault.
